Dick Boynton is Senior Vice President of CompuCom’s Remote Services, where he oversees the delivery of Network and Security Management, Service Desk, and Remote Infrastructure Management services.
Dick is responsible for these services, which are delivered in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, and also for Continuous Process Improvement initiatives in support of clients’ IT infrastructure and end-user communities.
Prior to CompuCom, Dick was responsible for remote and field service delivery for Getronics North America and the Global Support Centers, in support of domestic and international enterprise clients. Dick joined Getronics in 2002 from G.E. Capital ITS, where he held executive management roles as Advanced Technology Officer and General Manager of Lifecycle Services, in addition to serving on a special advisory committee to the CIO. Prior to GE, Dick was a member of the management board at Vanstar and held several technical and operational management positions at Wang Laboratories.
With more than 25 years of IT service management experience, he holds a BSEE from Northeastern University, and is a graduate of the LSU Executive Program.
